Prokopi Consulting was founded by Regan Taikitsadaporn as a natural evolution of his career, inspired by a lifelong passion to empower leaders and organizations to grow forward. Regan believes that when people grow — both professionally and personally — their organizations flourish. This philosophy is the foundation of everything we do.

CONSULTANT

Regan Taikitsadaporn founded Prokopi Consulting as a natural transition in his career, driven by his passion to help empower leaders and organizations to grow forward. He firmly believes that organizations thrive when their people grow professionally and personally.
With over 30 years of experience in human resources—25 at Marriott International—Regan held leadership roles across Thailand, Hong Kong, the U.S., and at Marriott’s headquarters. In 2013, he was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific, where he led HR strategies that supported Marriott’s expansion from fewer than 100 hotels to over 900 across 23 countries and territories. His leadership was instrumental in integrating Starwood Asia-Pacific post-acquisition in 2016, navigating the global pandemic, and overseeing key organizational transformation. His commitment to people and culture has helped Marriott Asia Pacific earn multiple "Best Employer" awards.
Regan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a Master of Management Degree from a joint program with Northwestern, Wharton, and Chulalongkorn University.
Passionate about education and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), he was an Executive Sponsor of Marriott’s Women Ambassador Network, co-leads an LGBTQ+ Christian Fellowship, and mentor students and professionals. Regan has served on dean’s advisory boards for the hospitality programs at both Cornell University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and as chairman of the board for EGBOK, a Cambodia-based NGO supporting underprivileged youth.
